Chapter Rides are usually scheduled for the first Saturday and the third Sunday of each month.  There are exceptions, so check the HogCall newsletter, call the Ride Hotline, or visit this website for updates and details.  

Note: Non-GNWHOG chapter events that may be of interest to members are occasionally listed here and are shown: italicized and in this color.

P&P are Prince and Princess rides sponsored by LOH.  These are skills workshop type rides, usually in a parking lot where we won't run into cars and drivers who don't understand. P&P is for all riders. Skills include emergency stops, s- l- o- w ride (no feet down) circles (turns) or any skill you feel needs to be improved on. As weather improves we may change when and where we go.

Jan 1 -Sun - Charity Ride with Seattle Chapter
So!...you've wanted to know about the January 1st annual Chili Buns Run, eh!! ...Well, so have we!! Here's the chili scoop... Downtown H-D has finally let us know that it is still on! So RC Patt will meet any other RC's/RCIT's and members (and guests) at the HD of Seattle (Cycle Barn) parking lot by 9:45 for the annual Chapter ride to Alki. Once we get to Alki (If the weather doesn't cancel the ride), the Chapter ride ends and we join the annual police-escorted DHD benefit ride to Tacoma. The Alki Tavern will be serving Biscuits & Gravy if you can order and gobble it up before the 11:00 departure time. This year's destination, like last year, is the Shipweck Tavern. Jan 1 - Sun - Resolution Ride IV
We'll meet at 11am at the Buzz Inn on Highway 99 between Lynnwood Cycle Barn and Harley-Davidson of Seattle.  FREE COFFEE - courtesy of the Buzz Inn.  Bring a White Elephant gift - I have some great ones this year!   As usual, we will enjoy breakfast together, and some amusing presents,   and then we will go for a ride- depending on the group's assessment of the weather, to a destination selected by the group. One year there were two destinations selected, another year Sid led us toward Granite Falls but did not find it, and
some years we just - go home!

Jan 7 - Sat - Ride to Poulsbo
10:00 AM  HD of Seattle. Dee ( RC IT), Susan (Primary) & Joyce (Sweep) on a short ferry and scenic back road ride to Poulsbo.  Wear lots of warm clothes!  Hope to see you there.

Jan 7 - Sat - HOG Pen Party
7:00PM.  HD of Seattle.  Catered dinner will be served, along with adult beverages and soft drinks. HUGE discounts will be offered on everything from Bikes to Motor Clothes. You must be a current GNWHOG member to attend.   Renewal forms will be available at the door.  More info at the announcements at top of page.

Jan 15 - Sun - Goin' South
10:00 AM  HD of Seattle. RCIT Dee, Kurt and Linda as sweep will wind the group South without going on any freeways for lunch in Redondo Beach.  Dress for the cold and be prepared for several stops along the way.

 10:00 AM - HD of Seattle.  Tim ( RC IT), Joyce (Primary) and Susan (Sweep) along with Yukon and Linda.  This will be a flower/garden ride like no other, this is not just any garden, the destination is a short ferry ride away to a Chocolate Garden !

Winthrop, WA.   Open to all bikes.  Come spend the weekend at this western style resort town and have some fun with fellow chapter members.   Poker run, observation run, poker walk, scavenger hunt, live music/dancing (Saturday night), bbq.  To register, click here. 

Jul 27 - Thu - Ladies of Harley Meeting
Lake Washington- boat ride compliments of Cathi Sears.   There will be 3 boats ready to take you for a ride on the lake, or waterski.   This meeting is open to everybody. Potluck.   Main entrees will be provided, bring salads, desserts, and other.   Any time after 5pm, meet at the park.  Directions to Stan Sayres Memorial Park, located in Seattle: From either I-5 or I-405, get onto I-90.   In Seattle, take exit 3A to head south on Rainer Ave South (map below)

head south till you pass Dairygold Plant -take left on S Genesse Ave --then take left on 43rd Ave S go 4 blocks till you get to Lake Washington Blvd take right then left into Park
