Chapter Meeting May 10^th 2007

The meeting was called to order at 19:03 by Director Mike Meade

The picnic is at Wenberg Park on August 26^th. No fee for parking. We have the kitchen reserved for the day.

HOG CALL is now coming in the mail.

LOH Cathi-The annual High Tea is on June 23^rd. They are leaving Friday night for Canada.

Membership- 831 total

Linda Safety- Talked about new riders are easy to train right and old riders are harder to train. People need to look far enough forward.

Head RC- Kurt - June 2^nd is the Mt.St Helens run. It is a 499 mile run and will leave at 09:00. Linda is staying overnight if anyone else would like to.

The Chapter received a large check from the Dealership for new members.

Free rentals for maintenance. 08:00 drop off but, be sure and call ahead!

There are new coaches in the HOG PEN at the dealership and the new lighting is going in.

On the June 2^nd ride there will be coffee and doughnuts and 15% off apparel!

On June 24^th is Childrens Ride. E-Mail Dave if you are interested in a group ride to the start point.

Director Mike introduced Dan at the Big E brewery. He is promoting a moment of thunder. This will be a salute to our Troops on August 18^th a Saturday at 13:00. For more information access amomentofthunder.com.

At the last meeting it was talked about to have the Chapter meeting at the Dealership alone with the Thursday meeting.

Good of the order 50/50 $69.00 and a Tumbleweed registration were won.
