The insurance we need for TW 5 is almost ready.
Roger-We have $11,000.00 in our treasury. The t-shirts and ½ the caterer are already paid for, for TW. We still have the band and the other half of the t-shirts to pay.
Dan-Ride info is needed for the Web Master so it can be posted in a timely manner.
Brady-TW is shaping up great. The registration packets are stuffed and ready to be handed out at Thursdays Chapter meeting. There will be no official GNW HOG bike show this year.
Georgia-There will be 862 members at the end of July.
Cathi-There is no LOH meeting in July
Michelle/Val and Cathleen-Activities people are getting
ready for the Chapter picnic, a place has been reserved for the Christmas party
and the Board as a whole will help make plans for the Christmas party. The
Board meeting for August will be held after the picnic, it should last
approximately 1 and ½ hour. We do need
people to help set up for the picnic, it will start at
