The meeting was called to order at 18:57 by Mike.

1^st item- The new e-mails are working he is getting “a truck load of e-mail.” 

2^nd item  Ron If we contact Canyons restaurant  and tell them that we are having a dinner ride any Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, they will print up some small flyers to be passed out to the riders.  When we get to the restaurant we pass in the flyer with the bill and they will cut a check for 20 % of the tab not including tax and give the check to the chapter.

3^rd item- Eastside dealer rep has invited us to the 1^st annual All Harley Event at XXX Rootbeer on July 15^th.  For more info go to Sunshine and Chrome.com.

4^th item- NY City is holding their 5^th annual Freedom ride in Support of our Troops.  It will be on Sunday May 27^th and any ride you are on can be dedicated to this.  They would like you to send pictures, have a banner, and show support of the Troops.  They will send the pictures to the Troops.

5^th item-  HDof S wants to sponsor the chapter meetings at the dealership.  It is in the planning stage for July 7th, Aug 4^th, and Sept 1^st.  We will still have the usual Thursday night meetings at Alfys’.  We will let the Chapter know with mailings, at the Thursday meetings, on the web and through the newsletter.  It might work to have the meetings at the Dealership start at 07:30 and at 08:45 if you want to go on the ride you would meet out in the parking lot for the pre ride talk.

6^th item0-  The LOH would like $200.00 for this Saturday.  They want the money to buy roses and vases for Pathways and for Pizza for the ride.  The LOH would do fund raiser to pay back the money.  A motion was made and seconded to let the LOH have the money.

7^th item-Michelle activites- The Chapter picnic will be at Wenberg park this year.  There will be a Kitchen for all day and motorcycle parking will be made available.  The day is August 26^th.  There will be a map and flyers available.

8^th item- Webmaster There will be a link to rides that aren’t just Chapter rides on the Web now.

9^th item-Photograper/Mark  Thanks to all who attended the Bunny Run.  The kids really enjoyed it.
