The meeting was called to order by Mike @ 18:57 The News letter and HOG Chat will receive chapter meeting notes.

Board Meetings will be posted to the Web and HOG Chat.

P.O.T Report A lot of Chapters have Ambassadors. These are new members who greet even newer members and teach them how to be Ambassadors.

There is a HOG Chapter in Beijing it was suggested that we make them our Sister Chapter. This should be decided between the Dealerships.

Anytime you do a “co” event it is a whole different insurance umbrella. 2 Chapters with one co-hosting

Bunny Run- Good turnout. Thanks to the Road Captains And Thanks to the Activities people. Every picture taken at the Bunny run has to be approved by Housing Hope. We will send an E-mail to East Side Webmaster.

HDofS were apologetic that our rides and events were not on at least one of the store videos. The Dealership is making a customer lounge to show off our videos.

Editor-Walt Does not think the printer mailed out our HOG Call. People are saying they did not get them including Walt.

NEW BUSINESS

An e-mail distribution list was discussed. It could be used as a reminder for events and rides for members. We do not want the dealership to use this to send e-mails about dealership activities.

HDofS would like to host our Chapter meetings at their dealership before the rides on Saturday or Sunday. How about on a Thursday night at the dealership? If before a ride the dealership said they could serve brunch now and then and maybe coffee and Danish. Should we give it a try for 3 months? This should go to the membership. What if Monday is the business part of Chapter then post it to the web? Then, have Sat or Sun be the social part of the meeting. Introducing new members etc. There should be a Chapter vote on when it should be. Maybe send out a survey to all the membership.

The black book-We have 5 of them. They can also be linked on the web site. If you would like to check one out, see the Secretary (Sue Sprague).

Pierre from the Dealership had a mild heart attack. The Dealership would like to put together a poker run to raise money for his medical bills.
