The dealership is now putting together “goodies” for Tumbleweed. Mike has the latest HOG catalog. It was given as an idea to have the Chapter buy some things from the catalog as “thank you” gifts or for door prizes etc. We have to order through the dealership but there is no mark up to us.
From the Officers News. National HOG has a formal agreement with other motorcycle groups. When we wear our HOG logo we can only wear the rocker above with nothing below. It was suggested that we put up a visual of what is ok and what is not.
After checking with everyone present it was decided that Dennys’ works for everyone.
Bunny Run-We need an informational flyer to put on the
website and a flyer to hang up. There
will be an after the ride gathering at Jimmy Jacks. We need someone to ride in the Bunny Suit. We will invite
Website-Remove last years Bike Show and Tumbleweed info from our website update with this years.
Have a picture of the Director on the “public space: on the website. Not behind the firewall, so people have a contact point. It was decided to have names, titles and e-mails for the other Officers to go with this.
Picnic- John Henry offered his place to have the picnic at. There was talk of changing the date. Maybe have a “ride” to the summer picnic. It could be in Skykomish. Michelle will check out the facility offered.
HOG CALL-There has been no news from the printer/dealership or membership.
Membership-there have been 739 renewals and 2 wanted the HOG CALL mailed.
By Laws-Nothing done yet. We can’t submit them until next year with the Charter.
TW meeting-There are 15 members on the committee.1st meeting went well. The registration was discussed, it was $45.00 should it be $50.00 now?
POT Training-We are still looking for a seventh person to go. We will give a member of the R.C. team a chance to go.
Membership party- Volunteers are working with a list of what to do. Everything is “locked up” for the party. The new expiration date on the membership cards now reads December 31st.
HOG National sends out copies of the black book.
New business-Thanks to Brady for taking over the Chapter picture board renovation.
