The following dates were set for the 2007 Board meetings. Feb 5th, March 5th, April 2nd, May 7th, June 4th, July 9th, Aug 6th, Sept 10th, Oct 1st, Nov 5th, Dec NONE.

There is a membership dance Feb 10th. The HOG pin dance at HD of S.
There is no more dual price for membership fees. What do we use as an incentive to get people to sign up in March? We will put this information on the Web and in the HOG Call. Non members can go on 3 rides and they must sign a waiver.
When HD of S sends out their post cards, see if they will mention the renewal date. Motion-We handle the February 10th deadline the same as Nationals if by February 10th you haven’t renewed, your out until you renew. Volunteers were found to help process the people at the dance.
Bylaws-Mike has copies of the original by-laws. Volunteers for the by-law committee are Cathi and Val.
One of the revised responsibilities of the Assistant Director is Tumbleweed.
Primary Officer Training. Our Charter has been submitted so we are ready to go.
There is one more date of May 4 & 5 that one did not get written down.
There are now 7 allowable members per Chapter who can go.
A motion was made to raise the Subsidy to help Officers go to P.O.T. from $250.00 to $300.00 per person. The motion was seconded and passed.
